Bos29 Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform User Guide

The bos29 platform operates as an online entertainment service providing a variety of games to users who meet the applicable age and residency requirements. By accessing, registering for, or using bos29 services in any form — whether via browser, Android mobile app, or iOS — you automatically agree to all terms stated on this page and any other policies that form an integral part of bos29's services.

Bos29 services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by anyone below this age constitutes a serious violation of these terms. bos29 reserves the right to verify age at any time and may suspend accounts found or suspected to belong to underage users without prior notice.

• The bos29 platform is available to users aged 18 and above.
• Using the platform constitutes full acceptance of all applicable terms.
• BOS29 reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
• The Bahasa Indonesia version of this document is the legally binding version.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on bos29. Owning more than one account — whether using a real or fictitious identity — is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being blocked and all balances therein being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information. bos29 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify user identity before enabling the withdrawal feature. This process includes submitting a photo of an official ID and may require additional supporting documents depending on the transaction value.

• Each individual may only register one bos29 account.
• Registration information must be accurate and verifiable.
• KYC verification must be completed to enable full withdrawal access.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or lent to any other party.
• Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on their account.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.

BOS29 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods integrated directly with Indonesia's digital payment ecosystem, including DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, local bank transfers, and QRIS. All methods are processed automatically 24 hours a day with no manual confirmation required from staff.

Every deposit made to the bos29 platform must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. bos29 does not accept third-party deposits and reserves the right to reject and return funds received from sources that do not match the account data, without prior notice.

• Funds may only be withdrawn to an account held in the same user's name.
• Withdrawals involving an active bonus must meet the turnover requirement first.
• BOS29 reserves the right to perform additional verification for large withdrawals.

All promotions offered by bos29 are subject to the specific terms and conditions listed on each promotion page. Claiming a promotion means you have read and agreed to its specific terms, including turnover requirements, time limits, and eligible games.

• Every bonus has a turnover requirement that must be met before withdrawal.
• One account may only claim one type of promotion per applicable period.
• BOS29 reserves the right to void bonuses claimed through improper means or system loophole exploitation.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the turnover requirements.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be blocked and all balances may be forfeited.
• BOS29 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or add promotions at any time.

All games available on the bos29 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by anyone, including bos29 itself.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited. bos29 employs advanced detection systems that actively monitor unusual gameplay patterns and reserves the right to take action against accounts showing signs of cheating.

• The use of bots, auto-clickers, or automated scripts is strictly prohibited.
• All games use certified RNG to ensure fairness.
• Game results recorded on the BOS29 server are final and binding.
• Game result dispute claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident.
• A connection drop during an active game does not automatically void bets that have already been placed.

BOS29 is committed to protecting the privacy and data security of every user. All data collected during registration, verification, and platform use is managed in accordance with the BOS29 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

User personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without the explicit consent of the user concerned. Data use is limited to service operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

• All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL during transmission.
• Sensitive data is stored in encrypted format in a secured database.
• Users may request a copy of their personal data at any time.
• Users may request data deletion in accordance with the applicable policy.

BOS29 provides the platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee that the service will be free from disruptions, errors, or technical interruptions at all times. BOS29 makes every effort to maintain platform availability and reliability, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors beyond its control such as third-party infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.

• BOS29 is not liable for losses resulting from an unstable internet connection on the user's end.
• Gaming losses are a risk borne entirely by the user.
• BOS29 is not responsible for unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Bos29's decisions on game disputes are final after a fair investigation process.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the bos29 support team via live chat. Before closing, ensure all available balance has been withdrawn, as any remaining balance in an account closed at the user's request cannot be recovered once the process is complete.

BOS29 reserves the right to suspend or close an account unilaterally without prior notice if there is proof or strong indication that a user has violated these terms, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of bots, multi-account ownership, or other illegal activities.

• Self-requested account closure can be done via live chat.
• Balance must be withdrawn before submitting an account closure request.
• BOS29 may close an account without notice in the event of a serious violation.
• Accounts closed due to violations are not entitled to a refund of any balance associated with fraudulent activity.

BOS29 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with business developments, regulations, or technical requirements. Any material changes will be communicated to users via platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the bos29 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date and withdraw your entire balance.

If you have any questions, need clarification, or wish to raise a concern regarding these terms and conditions, the BOS29 team is available via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are committed to responding promptly and providing satisfactory answers.
